Early Dismissal Thursday, September 2: Due to the unusually high temperatures and humidity by late morning, temperatures in most classrooms exceed what our health professionals consider safe. These conditions are especially threatening for students and staff with compromised respiratory systems. Since weather professionals predict that this weather pattern will continue, schools within the QRSD will release
students early on Thursday, September 2nd.
Middle/High school dismisses at 10:20 AM and all Elementary schools will dismiss at 11:30 AM
Lunch will not be served. Also, there will be no middle school sports tryouts or practices.
These activities will resume on Tuesday, September 7th.
