Our team provides mentoring, academic coaching, and support, as well as opportunities for collaborative structures in the form of lesson studies and peer observations. In addition to professional learning, we strive to ensure that high-quality curriculum materials are effectively implemented in all of our classrooms. We implement ongoing curriculum reviews and data cycles to evaluate the effectiveness of our curriculum and determine its impact on students. QRSD values teacher leadership as a tool to support our district, schools, educators, and students’ success. Our teacher leaders, instructional learning teams, and academic coordinators are engaged and experienced QRSD educators with a desire to have an impact not only within the four walls of their classroom but beyond.
